Classes
Our activities
Bringing together breath, sound, and stillness, in class I use sound practice as a effective tool to guide students step by step into meditation. Participants learn breathing techniques, active listening, and how to play a variety of instruments to cultivate mindful attention. At the same time students also practice working with the voice and body as their primary, natural instrument.
Who is this practice for?
Beginners in structured classes, learning to meditate step by step.
Active minds, using breath and sound for present focus.
Anyone experiencing work stress or daily tension, finding a practical space for calm and balance.
Contemplative practitioners, integrating deep listening into stillness.
Sound explorers, learning to chant and play with intention.
By simply sitting or resting on a yoga mat, in class we listen, play and explore different instruments as a gentle practice of meditation. Students also practice working with the voice and body as a natural instrument.
